Our approach to returns and refunds
Eligible returns
- Damaged or incorrect items received
- Expired or near-expiry products delivered in error
- Non-prescription items in unopened, resaleable condition (where applicable law permits)
Non-returnable items
Prescription medicines, opened strips, and temperature-sensitive products generally cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons unless delivered in error or damaged.
How to request a return
Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will guide you through verification and pickup or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds for prepaid or UPI-verified orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer after review.
