How we deliver your medicines
Delivery areas
We deliver to serviceable pincodes shown at checkout. If your area is not yet covered, you will be notified before payment.
Delivery timelines
- Standard delivery: typically 1–3 business days after order confirmation
- Prescription orders may take longer while pharmacists verify your Rx
- Tracking updates appear in your order details once shipped
Shipping charges
Free delivery on orders above Rs 499. Below that threshold, a flat delivery fee may apply at checkout.
Order tracking
Track shipments from My Orders once your package is dispatched. Contact support if tracking has not updated within 48 hours of shipping confirmation.
